We want you to love every bite of your Boujee Pralines. If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered — within reason.

🕒 Refund Window:

Because our pralines are made fresh to order, all refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please email us at help@theboujeepraline.com within 24 hours with:

  • A photo of the product and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll do our best to make it right — either through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

❌ Non-Refundable:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns and cannot refund:

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages delayed or lost due to courier issues

  • Products that were not stored properly after delivery
